  研究室概述 Research description

  

  本研究室采用分子生物学、功能基因组学方法通过培养细胞和整体动物模型探讨代谢相关的血管疾病的发病机制,以期寻找其治疗的新靶点。主要研究方向包括:

  

  1)动脉粥样硬化及血管再狭窄分子病理机制和治疗靶点:主要研究生长因子、脂肪因子对血管内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞增殖与迁移及血管损伤后新生内膜形成的影响;

  2)血管机械-生物信号传导机制:主要集中研究血流机械剪应力调节血管内皮细胞基因表达的信号通路和转录机制;

  3)代谢性核受体对糖脂代谢的调控机制:主要研究PPARa、d、g糖脂代谢相关靶基因的调控机制及其在脂肪合成和血管内皮细胞功能调节中的作用
